Sureshort Ways to Lose Weight With A Workout Plan

  1. Drinking 3Litres of water everyday.
  2. Avoiding processed foods as much as possible. (My way of cutting down my daily calorie intake). Eating fruits instead!
  3. Balance diet. More vegetables, more protein, less carbs (because I used to love white rice that much). Cook your own food!!!! — “Correct food proportions”
  4. Cut down your intake of alcohol, sodas, artificially flavored juices, energy drinks, anything that is not organic. Your body don’t need it.
  5. If you are hungry, grab some nuts (almonds for example) and drink water!!! you might be thirsty only.

  6. The more you eat healthy foods on a regular basis, the more you will crave for them. (Same as well as, if you're addicted to chips/cakes/chocolates etc, the more you want to eat them, right?)
  7. Drinking lemon juice before bed time.
  8. Exercising 3 times a week.- Cardio Exercises, no pain no gain!!!!
  9. Getting enough rest and sleep. 7 hours minimum.
  10. Drinking green tea instead of coffee.
  11. Avoiding sweets. Because this will affect the rapid rise and fall of your sugar level making you to feel hungry fast!
  12. Reward your self! Cheat day once a week (this is important) but don’t indulge too much.
  13. Count your nutrients not your calories.
  14. Weight loss is “80% NUTRITION, 20% EXERCISE
  15. Consistency is the key!
