No sugar,less salt,no refined flour- leave sugar in all forms.all packaged food contains it in some or other form.leave them.

No first time cheating- never try cheating from your clean eating schedule. One time cheating is enough to screw everything.





Water- your best friend.have lukewarm lemon water in morning. Lukewarm Water with apple cider vinegar before major meals.take 4 to 5 litres of water everyday.try to drink lukewarm water.drink good amount of water just after waking up.

Adequate protein- eat good amount of legumes, soya chunks,cottage cheese,sprouted moong and Bengal grams.

Good fat- very important component.you should be away from trans fat,but good fat like cheese,butter,walnut,avocado,peanut butter should be taken under your macros.

Fibres- green leafy vegetables are the ones which can be consumed in good quantity.cook them with spray of olive oil.have them in good quantity.also add isabgol in water and drink it after dinner.

Green tea- take green tea two times everyday for 30 days. No milk tea coffee.

HIIT- Do HIIT workout.take help of fitness blender you tube channel.work on all the body parts and core muscles.push ups, squats,burpees, sun salutations and pranayams will help you.
